We were asked to create a type specimen for TDF that would have a rough and raw vibe that contrasted the typeface, to set it apart from other typefaces in the same category.
The concept was to show the typefaces flexibility to the market we were aiming to target. Effects that were implemented was the blown off sand feeling which created a somewhat distorted and revealing touch. This helped tie in the overall concept of unraveling and excitement to see what was beneath.
